Refund policy

We hope you absolutely love your handcrafted piece from House of Naqsh. Each item is made with immense care, creativity, and time. However, if you need to return it, please note that we offer a 2-day return window from the date of delivery.

Why only 2 days?
As a small, independent business creating hand-painted pieces in small batches, we’ve found that extended return periods can lead to items being worn and returned—which impacts our ability to resell handcrafted pieces. We truly appreciate your understanding.

📸 Important: For any return or refund, an unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible.

🌀 Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in original condition – unworn, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

  • An unboxing video is required showing the package being opened clearly.

To initiate a return, email us at houseofnaqsh2025@gmail.com with your order details and video. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

🛠️ Damages or Issues

If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately upon delivery.
An unboxing video is required to process replacements or refunds for such issues. We’ll do our best to resolve it promptly and fairly.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Sale items or gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

Want something else instead?
Please follow the return process for the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired piece.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.

Please allow extra time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
